Tasting Notes

On The Nose
Bright juniper takes the lead with fresh pine and citrus zest from orange, lemon, and lime peel. A soft floral lift follows with elderflower, gorse, and heather giving hints of open moor and Highland breeze. Earthy notes of orris and angelica add gentle depth beneath.

On The Palate
Classic and clean with fresh juniper and lively citrus oils up front. A wave of floral character comes through mid-palate with sweet elderflower and dry heather. Coriander adds gentle spice while angelica brings balance and structure.
